• Processing and Delivery Times: Orders typically require 2-4 business days to process (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PT). Once processed, packages usually arrive within 7 to 15 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.
• Shipping Fees: Orders over $199 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $199 incur a flat $7.99 shipping fee. This fee, as well as any applicable taxes, will be displayed at checkout.
• Carriers: We may use FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other reliable carriers to deliver your order. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays or delivery issues once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us promptly. We will address such issues in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
• Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To change sizes or styles, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
